I have over 20 years’ experience working with law firms and trust accounting. I take the pressure of the accounting off your plate, so you can focus on building your law firm.
I’ve worked with the lawyer who just passed the bar, helping to build their business from the ground up, to the large established firms that want to dig into KPI’s and metrics, and develop a more robust financial understanding of their firm.
I’ve overseen audits, acquisitions and mergers. I have clients from Los Angeles to New York, from bootstrap startups to multi-million dollar, multi-partner firms. I can meet your firm where you’re at and get you to where you want to be. I can see you through all the ups and downs that come with being a business owner.
We are very selective with the firms we bring on, so I promise you that you will never be just another account. Your firm will be as important to us in 5 years, as the day we brought you on.
Pricing is preliminarily based on volume. Number of bank accounts, number of transactions per account, and number of clients if we are also reconciling your trust account.
• Cleanup is usually billed per hour, but we can also price it as a lump sum, if you prefer that.
• For large cleanups, or tight budgets, we can amortize a lump sum cleanup over a period of months.
• Once cleanup is over, billing will be a monthly flat fee. Flat fees allow your firm to budget our services and know what to expect.
• Ad hoc projects can be added and priced out separately as one-time fees, or rolled into the engagement if they will be recurring.
• All services will be listed out in an Engagement Letter. No work is performed until pricing is agreed upon and Engagement Letter is signed.
• Services can be canceled at any time.
Yes! Although we love our law firms, we’ve also never met a lawyer who didn’t have another business venture on the side! We are happy to add your other side-ventures to our portfolio, and keep all your business accounting under one roof.
Sorry – no we do not. We prefer to stick to what we do best – business accounting. However, we are happy to liaise with your current tax accountant or business consultant, and work with them directly to provide reporting that works best for them, and provides you with seamless accounting and business management.
No. We know that confidentiality is a core tenet of your industry, as it is in ours. We take privacy and security very seriously, and although the current trend in accounting is to outsource work to offshore firms, in order to lower costs, we do NOT outsource our work at Centricity Accounting. All work is done in-house, by expert law firm accountants, overseen directly by the Principal Owner, Stacy Manganiello CPA.
